In the HFMG Patient Portal, you can view portions of your medical record, request appointments or prescription refills, send a message to your provider team, or pay your bill online


Please note: If you are requesting an electronic refill for a medication there might be a slight delay. If your need for a refill is urgent - please contact your provider's office.
